In summer...

There are numerous itineraries of varying difficulty for comfortable Nordic walking and mountain bike excursions that start directly from the holiday farm.

Moving higher up, you can follow high mountain paths with your gaze fixed on the Monviso, which with its 3841 m of altitude represents an element of great summer tourist appeal.

Whoever comes to "discover" this area of the Alps brings home the unique memory of walking on paths of unparalleled beauty. In this sheltered, quiet and silent corner of land which is rich of flowers and wild animals, woods and forests, meadows and pastures the mountains look like a crown crossing the villages of the valley characterized by the prettiest alpine architecture.

Furthermore, only 35 km away from the holiday farm there is the international crossing called the Colle del Agnello which at 2744 meters above sea level connects the Varaita Valley to France. It is open to motor vehicles in the summer period from June to October and it is a splendid motor and hiking circuit to visit and discover the Regional Park of the Queyras.

In winter...

- Snow lovers can embark on numerous ski or snowshoes touring trips of varying difficulty.
The valley offers countless trials that retrace the most popular hiking routes: some higher ones with more significant differences in height or a range of circuits that do not rise to the top.

- Nearby the ski resorts of Sampeyre and Pontechianale offer slopes of medium difficulty in downhill skiing as well as some tracks for cross-country skiing.

- In winter the area around the Monviso massif is one of the most beautiful ice climbing areas in the Western Alps.

The Varaita Valley is particularly rich in waterfalls of varied characteristics, good exposure and frosts are preserved until late spring.
